Safeguard your accounts with fraud prevention solutions that help you stay in control. Services like Positive Pay, Dual Authorization, and Real-Time Alerts provide added protection and visibility to help you detect suspicious activity faster.


Positive Pay

Positive Pay Video

  • Monitors check and ACH activity automatically
  • Sends email alerts for items that need review
  • Provides access to check images, ACH details, and reporting
  • Verifies checks at branches when cashed in person
  • Allows you to review and return items digitally

Checks
Every check includes key details like the check number, date, and amount. When you issue checks, you upload that information into Positive Pay. As checks clear your account, Positive Pay compares each one to what you issued. If something doesn’t match, you’ll receive an email alert so you can log in and decide to pay or return the item.

ACH (Electronic Transfers)
Positive Pay helps protect your account by allowing only authorized ACH transactions to post. If an unauthorized transaction is detected, you’ll receive an email alert and can log in to approve or return the item.

Positive Pay with Payee Match, and ACH Debit Block is available through our Business Digital and Mobile Banking. Dual Authorization & User Controls

Within Business Digital Banking, you can add an extra layer of protection by requiring dual authorization for transactions such as wires, ACH, and bill payments before they are released. You can also set up user controls for employees based on their role, giving them access to the tools they need—without access to sensitive functions they don’t.

Alerts & Monitoring

Stay informed and respond faster with real-time alerts designed to help you spot suspicious activity as it happens. Notifications let you monitor your accounts more closely, so you can take action quickly, reduce fraud risk, and stay proactive with your business finances. 

To enroll in real-time alerts, simply login to Business Digital Banking, go to Settings/Profile/Alerts and select the alerts you'd like to receive. If you are interested in enrolling in Business Digital or Mobile Banking, complete the registration form below.
