Providing your business with a fast, simple, and secure digital banking experience is a priority at United Bank & Trust. That's why we’re upgrading our business online banking and mobile app to a new Business Digital Banking platform.
Login Instructions:
Note: Your previous login URL will not redirect. You must log in through United Bank & Trust's website.
- Visit www.bankubt.com.
- Click “Online Banking” in the login box and select “Business Digital Banking”
- Enter your User ID and click “Forgot Password”
- Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and reset your password
- Soft token users will be prompted to download the new app to complete login process. Hard token users can continue to log in using your existing device.

When will the upgrade happen?

The new Business Digital Banking experience will go live on October 29th. Access will be temporarily unavailable during the transition between October 27 at 6pm and October 29 at 9am.

What are my user credentials for the new Business Digital Banking platform?

Your username will remain the same, however, you will need to reset your password upon the initial login to the new platform. See below for instructions:

- If you use hard tokens, you may continue to use those after completing a registration process during login.

Will I continue to use the same token for multi-factor authentication during the login process?

If you use a soft token, a new Digipass app will be required for download. During your first login, you will be instructed to download this new app.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes, after conversion, you will need to download a new UBT Business Mobile app as the old app will be deactivated. The new app will be available for download on Wednesday, October 29 at 8am.
Simply search for United Bank & Trust Business Mobile.

How to I set-up real-time alerts and notifications in the new platform?

Once conversion is complete, you can set-up real-time notifications in the new platform. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click Settings, click Advanced Alerts.

Will I be able to sync transactions for October via QuickBooks?
-
If you are currently syncing your transactions with QuickBooks, you will need to sync your account transactions on Monday, October 27 by 5pm. After the conversion, you'll be able to download the transactions from October 28 - October 31 through the new Business Digital Banking platform. Once downloaded, you may upload the file to QuickBooks.
If you currently download your transactions, you may wait until after the end of month and download your complete transaction file for the month of October, then upload the file to QuickBooks.
PLEASE NOTE: Please view the instructions below before you attempt to re-establish your QuickBooks connection. There are necessary steps to deactivate, then reactivate your connection to avoid duplicate connections.

If you currently use Remote Deposit Capture, the URL, and login credentials will remain unchanged.

How many months of transaction history will be available?

24 months of transaction history will convert to Business Digital Banking.

How many months of statements will I be able to view in the new platform?

You'll have access to 18 months of account statements once the new system is live.

Will I be able to see check and deposit images?

Yes, you will be able to view the front and back of check images, and deposit images within your transaction history. Front images will also continue to be included in your monthly account statements.
