Providing your business with a fast, simple, and secure digital banking experience is a priority at United Bank & Trust. That's why we’re upgrading our business online banking and mobile app to a new Business Digital Banking platform.


Login Instructions:

Note: Your previous login URL will not redirect. You must log in through United Bank & Trust's website.

  1. Visit www.bankubt.com.
  2. Click “Online Banking” in the login box and select “Business Digital Banking”
  3. Enter your User ID and click “Forgot Password”
  4. Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and reset your password
  5. Soft token users will be prompted to download the new app to complete login process. Hard token users can continue to log in using your existing device.

  1. Complete ACH Templates
  2. Save any Transfer Templates to recreate post-conversion
  3. Save transfer history
  4. Save ACH history
  5. If you use QuickBooks, sync transactions and backup QuickBooks (you'll then upload the transactions remaining transactions post-conversion)
ALL DAY - No access to Business Online Banking or Business Mobile

9am 

  1. We are live on the new platform
  2. Schedule any ACH batches
  3. Recreate any internal transfer templates
  4. Set-up real-time alerts
  5. Rebuild Bill Pay payees and schedule payments - only required for linked profiles (additional businesses tied to the primary business)
  6. If you use QuickBooks, deactivate and reactivate (QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online will be available today.    QuickBooks Express Web Connect may be interrupted for up to 5 business days after live date)
  7. If you use Positive Pay or Business Deposit Capture, allow pop-ups in your browser
6pm - No access to Business Online Banking or Business Mobile

As we prepare to migrate from the current Business Online Banking to our upgraded Business Digital Banking platform, there are a few action steps that need completed.  Please refer to the table below for important steps you'll need to take throughout the next several weeks.

Phone Numbers

  • Provide phone numbers for MFA login by completing the Contact Form.

QuickBooks

  • By 10/27 at 5pm - Perform a data file backup and a transaction download.  
  • On 10/29 - Deactivate and reconnect your QuickBooks connection to avoid duplicates.

Transfers

  • Recurring and scheduled internal transfers WILL migrate.
  • Transfer templates WILL NOT migrate to the new platform. 
  • Save details of any existing transfer templates to recreate following the upgrade.
  • Export/download transfer history for your records (transaction history will convert)

Before conversion

ACH's

  • ACH templates WILL migrate.
  • Recurring and scheduled ACH batches WILL NOT migrate.

  • Set-up ACH templates in Business Online Banking before conversion, if you currently use recurring or copied batches.
  • To save existing history, please export ACH History prior to conversion.

Bill Payment

  • Primary Account:  Schedule any future dated bill payments by October 24th. Scheduled payments and Payees will migrate.
  • Linked Profiles: Save payee information and scheduled payments for post-conversion creation.  New enrollment will be required post-conversion.
