Deleting Your Digital Banking Profile

If you would like to request the deletion of your online/mobile banking user profile, please use one of the following options:

  • Online Banking - Visit our website and log in to your online banking account.  Submit a "Secure Email" form under the Secure Requests tab, explaining that you'd like your online/mobile banking profile deleted.
     
  • Mobile Banking - Click on the "User Account Deletion" under the "More" tab for deletion options.
     
  • Phone - Call us at (641) 753-5900 and explain that you'd like your online/mobile banking profile to be deleted.
     
  • Email - Email us at [email protected].  Enter "User Account Deletion" in the email subject line.  Include your name and phone number in the body of the email, and we will call you back to discuss your request.
Please Note:

Deleting your user profile will remove all your data associated with your profile, including access to online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, online statements and scheduled transfers.  Please read below before requesting to have your user profile deleted.

  • Bill Pay
    When your online/mobile banking user profile is deleted, your bill pay account along with all payees, payment history, recurring payments and scheduled payments will also be deleted.  If you need any of this information, please obtain it prior to your request to delete your user profile. 
     
  • Online Statements
    Your access to online statements will be removed and you will receive mailed, paper statements.  Depending on your checking account type, you may be charged a monthly paper statement fee.  Should you need any past statements, please contact us at 641-753-5900.
     
  • Scheduled Transfers
    If you have scheduled transfers set-up in online/mobile banking, these will be canceled and will not continue.  Should you wish to continue these transfers after your profile is deleted, please contact us at 641-753-5900.
