Gerstandt to Assistant Vice President & Retail Banking Officer. Gerstandt has been with the bank since 2019 as their Retail Banking Officer, managing the deposit side of the bank. She helps customers with transactions, deposit needs, and digital banking services.
In her role, Sarah has played an integral part in the introduction of new products and services that benefit customers, including mobile wallet, Relationship Rewards Checking accounts, online account opening, and an enhanced business online banking platform.
“Sarah has done an outstanding job helping individuals and businesses with deposit needs, including simplifying their banking through digital banking services. She enjoys building long-term relationships with customers and shares the bank’s vision of exceeding customer expectations with each interaction,” commented Robert Thomas.
Gerstandt volunteers for organizations throughout the year, including United Way and Trees Forever. Sarah and her family reside in Marshalltown.
