Welcomes Christian McMurray
United Bank & Trust is pleased to welcome Christian McMurray as a First Point Investment
Representative/Wealth Advisor.
McMurray is an Iowa native and a graduate of Drake University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics, and an Associates of Science in Computer Science. He has over four years of financial planning experience and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
While a new employee to the bank, McMurray is not new to our company, or to many of our Wealth Management customers. He has been employed the past five years with United Bank & Trust’s affiliate, First National Bank (Ames), most recently as an Investment Representative/Wealth Management Advisor. United Bank & Trust and First National Bank partner to provide a comprehensive, customized approach to financial planning. As such, McMurray already has established relationships with many current customers.

In his role with United Bank & Trust, McMurray will continue to offer brokerage and advisory investment services, along with the additional responsibility of managing the bank’s trust, estates, and endowment relationships.
