United Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Sarah Gerstandt has recently joined their staff as a Retail Banking Officer.
Gerstandt has over 7 years of experience in retail management, and in her new role, will oversee the retail area of the bank.
“Sarah’s management and customer service experience will blend in nicely at United Bank and Trust. Her strong customer service and relationship skills will serve as a tremendous asset to the bank and to our customers” commented Jennifer Hass, Senior Vice President.
Gerstandt stated, “I look forward to working with our customers, getting to know the community and giving the best service possible to our customers. I have a passion for helping people, and look forward to helping you.”
Gerstandt, a native of Newton, is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa. She resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Travis and their daughter.
