United Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Trent Persino as a Retail Loan Officer.
Trent, a native of Nebraska, attended South Dakota State University before moving to Iowa. Trent began his banking career at a financial institution in Grinnell, where he had Teller and Personal Banking responsibilities, including assisting customers with their deposit and consumer loan needs.
In his role with United Bank & Trust, he will be responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines, and consumer loans. “Trent has spent the last four years helping clients in a variety of ways, including lending, deposit accounts, and finding answers for customers. I am confident that he will be a great addition to our hometown bank at United Bank & Trust.” commented Doug Husak, Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer.
When asked what he most looks forward to in his new role, Trent stated “The ability to meet new people, expand my knowledge, and help customers succeed in their financial future.”
Trent is located at the Bank’s main bank location at 2101 S. Center St., Marshalltown.
